2026 Conference of the Society for the Study of French-Language Literature of the 20th and 21st Centuries

We propose to explore the dynamics that characterize French-language literature of the 20th and 21st centuries, the subject of study of SELF XX-XXI, based on the notion of canon, which is intensely questioned in its cultural, institutional, axiological, political, and social dimensions. The conference will welcome papers devoted to French-language literature of the 20th and 21st centuries, regardless of geographical area or literary genre.
